Welcome to NeuroEdge Academy (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website www.neuroedge.academy (“the Site”) or enrolling in our classes and services (“the Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.
1. General
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including parents, students, and visitors.
1.2 NeuroEdge Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms without prior notice.
1.3 Continued use of our Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Class Enrolment & Bookings
2.1 Enrolment is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
2.2 Classes are conducted online via Zoom, and meeting links will be provided to registered parents and students through email or WhatsApp.
2.3 Students are required to attend all scheduled lessons for optimal progress.
2.4 Classes are conducted in small groups; seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.5 NeuroEdge Academy reserves the right to modify the class schedule or tutor allocation if necessary (e.g., due to unforeseen tutor unavailability).
3. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
3.1 All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
3.2 Payments are accepted through our online payment gateway (HitPay, Wix Payments, or equivalent) unless otherwise arranged.
3.3 Once payment is made, your class slot will be reserved immediately.
3.4 Refunds

Refunds are not available once classes have started.

For withdrawals made at least 7 days before the class start date, a 50% refund may be granted, minus administrative charges.

No refunds are given for missed lessons, technical issues on the student’s end, or lack of attendance.
3.5 Replacement Lessons

Replacement classes may be provided only if the student informs us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Replacement slots are subject to availability within the same intake.

Missed replacement lessons will not be rescheduled again.
3.6 Discounts & Promotions

Discounts, referral codes, or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Early Bird discounts apply only for payments made before the specified deadline.
4. Student Conduct
4.1 Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during lessons.
4.2 Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the class without refund.
4.3 Students must log in punctually and ensure their devices are functioning properly before class.
4.4 Recording or distributing any class materials, recordings, or content without permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All class materials, slides, notes, worksheets, and website content remain the intellectual property of NeuroEdge Academy.
5.2 Students and parents are granted limited, personal use of materials for educational purposes only.
5.3 Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 While every effort is made to provide high-quality instruction, NeuroEdge Academy does not guarantee any specific academic results or performance outcomes.
6.2 The effectiveness of learning depends on each student’s participation, effort, and external factors beyond our control.
6.3 The information provided on our website and during lessons is for educational purposes only and should not be construed as academic or professional advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 NeuroEdge Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services.
7.2 We are not responsible for disruptions caused by internet issues, software malfunctions, or force majeure events (e.g., technical outages, illness, natural disasters).
7.3 In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific program in question.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. All data collected is handled in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
8.2 Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your personal data is collected, used, and stored.
9. Class Recordings & Consent
9.1 Certain classes may be recorded for quality monitoring, training, or revision purposes.
9.2 By participating in our online sessions, you consent to such recordings and understand they may include your image, voice, or participation.
9.3 Recordings are strictly for internal use and will not be publicly shared without consent.
10. Termination of Access
10.1 NeuroEdge Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s access to our programs for violation of these Terms or misuse of materials.
10.2 No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from misconduct or breach of Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
