Refund & Class Policy

At NeuroEdge Academy, we believe in transparent communication and fair policies for all parents and students. This policy outlines our terms for payments, refunds, replacements, and class attendance.

Payment & Confirmation

  • Class bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  • Payments can be made securely via our online platform (HitPay or Wix Payments).

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:

    • A booking confirmation email

    • Zoom class link(s) and access instructions

    • Details for your child’s first lesson and materials

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change — here’s how our refund structure works:

  • Withdrawals made seven (7) days or more before the start of the program are eligible for a 50% refund, less administrative fees.

  • Withdrawals made less than seven (7) days before the start date are not eligible for any refund.

  • Once classes have begun, all fees are non-refundable.

  • Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded.

  • If NeuroEdge Academy cancels a class or program, a full refund or class credit will be offered.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within seven to ten working days.

Replacement Lessons

  • Replacement classes can be arranged if notification is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled class.

  • Replacement sessions are subject to availability within the same intake period.

  • If a replacement lesson is missed, it will not be rescheduled again.

  • Replacement classes will not extend beyond the official course period.

Attendance & Conduct

  • Students are expected to log in punctually and be ready to learn when class begins.

  • Cameras are encouraged to remain on during sessions for engagement and interaction.

  • Respectful participation is required at all times; disruptive behavior may lead to removal from class without refund.

  • Parents are encouraged to support consistency and attendance, especially for younger students.

Lesson Delivery & Materials

  • All lessons are conducted live online via Zoom.

  • Zoom links will be shared with the registered parent or guardian via email or WhatsApp before each session.

  • Recordings, when made, are strictly for internal quality purposes and will not be distributed publicly.

  • Lesson notes, worksheets, and resources are provided digitally and remain the intellectual property of NeuroEdge Academy.

  • Materials are for personal educational use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or resold.

Special Considerations

We recognise that unexpected events can occur. In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, refunds or replacements may be considered at the discretion of NeuroEdge Academy management. All exceptions will be assessed individually and confirmed in writing.
